Working with one of America’s largest online retailers to improve email marketing performance

The goal was clear: use email marketing to deliver the right message to the right audience. To that extent, we were required to create hundreds of highly segmented audiences to ensure an incredibly high open/engagement rates, as well as conversions.

Email? What email?

Email marketing as a revenue channel has not been on DollarDays’ radar for years. When they reached out they were still uncertain whether this channel can produce worthy results.

After careful segmentation and optimization of hundreds of segments on DollarDays’ Klaviyo account, we were able to dramatically increase open rates, click rates, and overall revenue coming from email as a channel.
