Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for an HR and Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with top industry talent and make a direct impact on the agency’s success. As part of our team, you’ll enjoy competitive pay, growth opportunities, and a flexible work environment. This person will own all People Operations processes across recruitment, onboarding, culture, performance, internal communication, and employee lifecycle management. 

Role Overview

The HR and Talent Acquisition position will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and handling key HR operations. This position will require a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape in Latin America and the US, and experience in talent acquisition for the marketing industry (advantage). You will also support employee well-being, company culture, career development, training & mentorship, HR administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and closing offers.
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline for key positions across the business (marketing, creative, technical roles).
  • Company culture, employee handbook, employee wellness, perks & benefits, team bonding.
  • Leverage a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies to find top-tier candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
HR Management
  • Support day-to-day HR functions, including onboarding, performance reviews, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws in Latin America.
  • Act as a trusted HR business partner, providing guidance on employee relations and managing workplace concerns.
  • Implement programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.
  • Lead efforts to develop and maintain a positive company culture, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and flexible environment.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in recruiting talent, ideally in the marketing, tech, or performance marketing industry in Latin America.
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Deep knowledge of the talent market in Latin America and the US, and the ability to source top-tier candidates.
  • Experience working in a remote, international environment and managing recruitment processes across multiple countries.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment software.
