An important core position at the agency, which touches on the different aspects of any customers engagements. This is a remote position. Your location is irrelevant but you do need to be in proximity to Pacific and Eastern time zones.

The ideal candidate lives and breathes strategy and execution, fully understands, and is experienced in the world of e-commerce, inbound, and performance marketing. Responsibilities / Requirements

  • Full management and ownership of client deliverables and priorities to the creative/performance teams
  • Communicate client needs to the team and ensure timely delivery
  • Manage client expectations and keep projects at or under budget
  • Provide reporting, KPIs, and actionable items to meet them
  • Working with the technical teams (creative/PPC/SEO) to find optimization opportunities and prepare for recurring client meetings
